This Privacy Policy explains how EVO APPS, operated by Artur Kolesnykov, an independent app developer based in Ukraine (“EVO APPS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use our mobile applications (each, an “App”) distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, the Samsung Galaxy Store and Aptoide. We are the data controller for this processing. Each App also has its own app-specific privacy page that lists what that App collects; where it differs, the app-specific page adds to (and is read together with) this policy.
We collect the following categories of information depending on the App and the features you use:

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the App and your purchases); our legitimate interests (to secure, maintain and improve our Apps and prevent abuse); your consent (for personalized advertising and any optional features that ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.
Some Apps use artificial intelligence to identify, estimate, generate or analyze content. When you use such a feature, the photo or text you submit is transmitted securely to our AI processing provider solely to generate your result. This content is not used to identify you and is not sold. Where processing happens on your device, no upload occurs. AI results are automated estimates and may be inaccurate; see our Terms of Use.
We do not knowingly use your submitted content to train third-party AI models for unrelated purposes.
Free versions of some Apps display advertising through Appodeal and its mediation partners, which may process your device advertising ID and IP address to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (reset or delete the advertising ID), and where required we ask for your consent first.
We share information only with providers that help us run our Apps, each acting under its own privacy terms and only for the purposes we set:
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Sharing your advertising ID with advertising partners for personalized ads may be considered “sharing” under California law; you can opt out by limiting ad tracking in your device settings or by emailing us. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We and our providers may process your information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Content submitted for AI processing is retained only as long as needed to deliver your result. Diagnostic and analytics data are kept for a limited period in aggregated or pseudonymous form. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email us at info@evoapps.tech and we will respond as required by law. EEA/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice where appropriate.
